When is the celebration taking place?

Our wedding celebration will take place on Saturday, April 11, 2026. Welcome Drinks will start at 7pm and our party will continue on with dinner and dancing, wrapping at midnight.

Where is the celebration taking place?

The Yale Club of New York City, located at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017.

Why is the celebration at the Yale Club if Camela is a Brown alum?

Fair question! While we’re a Brown family through and through (by alma mater and by last name), Brown University doesn’t have a club in NYC. So we are borrowing Yale’s beautiful clubhouse - purely logistical, not a change of colors. Once a Brunonian, always a Brunonian 🐻 Ever True 🐻

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP as soon as possible to confirm your attendance. If you do not RSVP by the RSVP deadline, we will assume that you are unable to attend and mark you as a “no.” This is because we do need to provide the venue and caterer with a total guest count in a timely manner. We thank you for your understanding!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Sadly, we can only accommodate those listed on the invitations as our venue has a capacity limit. If you received a plus one, this information will be listed in your invitation. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

Are children welcome?

We love your kids but due to space constraints at our venue, we are only able to accommodate children explicitly listed in our invitations. If your invitation is addressed to your “family,” then all members of your family (children included) are invited to attend. If your children are not listed in your invitation, unfortunately we won’t be able to accommodate them. We thank you for your understanding

What do I do if I can’t make it?

If you are not able to join us, you will be dearly missed! Please let us know via RSVP as soon as possible and no later than the RSVP deadline to help us accurately plan in advance. We will look forward to celebrating our marriage with you at another time.

Which airport should I fly into?

There are three major airports near New York City:

  • LaGuardia (LGA), which is the nearest to Manhattan for domestic flights,

  • John F. Kennedy International (JFK), NYC’s largest international hub, or

  • Newark Liberty (EWR), which is located in New Jersey but serves the NYC area well.

You can easily get into Manhattan from JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), or Newark (EWR) by taxi, ride share (Uber/Lyft), public transportation, or private car service.

Estimate time from airports to wedding venue: Travel times can vary with traffic, but all options make it easy to reach The Yale Club of New York City at 50 Vanderbilt Avenue.

  • From LGA, taxis, ride shares, or bus connections to the subway typically take 30–60 minutes.

  • From JFK, taxis and ride shares usually take 45–75 minutes, and guests can also take the AirTrain to the subway or LIRR.

  • From EWR, taxis and ride shares take about 45–75 minutes, or guests can take the AirTrain to NJ Transit or Amtrak into Penn Station, followed by a short ride to the venue

How do I get to the Yale Club once I’m in New York City?

By subway: take the 4, 5, 6, 7, or S lines to Grand Central Terminal and walk two blocks to the venue.

By taxi/ride-share: set your destination to 50 Vanderbilt Avenue, New York, New York 10017

Is there parking at the Yale Club?

If you plan to drive into Manhattan for our celebration, power to you! Street parking in NYC is hard to come by; that being said, there are some public parking garages near our venue where you can park:

  • SP+ Parking (200 Park Ave) - Just a few blocks away under the MetLife Building and often used for self-parking with validation offered by the Yale Club

  • Central Parking - Convenient garage near E 44th St.

  • City Parking - Close by Midtown garage on E 44th St.

  • Grand Central Valet Parking - Another option around Grand Central Terminal

  • Icon Parking near Lunt-Fontanne Theater - a short walk from our venue and convenient for events
